Relax with the family at this peaceful brick rancher with a large, fenced outdoor space. Located on a dead end road in the valley at the base of Lookout Mtn, GA, it’s only a 15 minute drive to Chattanooga, TN, the Incline and the road up to Point Park, Rock City, & Ruby Falls. It’s just 25 minutes to the Aquarium and other downtown attractions. 7 miles/13 minutes from the Chickamauga Battlefield Visitor Center.
The space
The house is brick, located on an acre of fenced in land in the valley near Lookout Mtn. It is across the street from a local school, but has trees along the fence line that give it some privacy. There is an electric powered gate across the driveway that the host will leave open during your visit. The front door has an electric lock to which the host will provide a code. The house belongs to a retired couple who spend their winters here, so you will find handrails in and near the shower and a lift chair in the living room. Because of health issues there is no smoking or vaping allowed.
