Summary: The room was spacious and the bed and room were clean. At first blush, the inn is dated but I saw on the inside of the room they they have updated the amenities: new towels, bathroom fixtures, lighting. Maine is in need of a good pressure washing everywhere so the inn fits into Maine’s no attention to detail. It’s a “that a do state” with very little upgrades. The attraction in upper Maine is of course Acadia National Park! Excellent! Other surprise locations were Bucksport and Bar Harbor. The inn is better than many of the other privately owned rentals.
