Completed in July 2016, the luxury holiday home OstseeLounge, in the first row at the marina in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz, is due to its unique location with fantastic views of the Baltic Sea and Schlei, the dream of a relaxing holiday by the sea come true.
The name OstseeLounge stands for the exclusive location right on the water (all rooms have sea view) and the dominating element of the holiday home: The lounge - in a quiet, pleasantly relaxed atmosphere - the wooden house blends into the idyllic scenery and captivates with its feel-good character.
An open, generously light-filled interior design with a comfortable, harmonious and stylish interior in soothing tones of sand, white, taupe and turquoise blue. A dream for families and individuals looking for nature and tranquility, want to do without anything and put on holiday on a clear line in terms of design.
The living area is 146 square meters, spread over 2 floors, which can accommodate 6 people. The spacious main room on the ground floor with integrated, fully equipped kitchen including large island (with two cozy bar stools) and a fireplace in the living / dining area, invites you to eat and socialize.
The large, floor-to-ceiling patio windows on the entire south side of the house provide a wonderful view of the harbor cinema and access to the large sun terrace.
A bathroom with shower, toilet and large storage sink and a utility room with washing machine, dryer and sink complete the ground floor.
Upstairs are the three bedrooms (2x with large double bed, 1x with two single beds that can be arranged as desired) and spacious built-in wardrobes with integrated 40 inch flat screen TVs. The "Masterbedroom" with floor to ceiling windows has access to the south-facing balcony, as well as the spacious spa with rain shower shower, large bathtub, double vanity, toilet and Finnish sauna, which offers a view of the sea and on colder days, the house Become oasis of well-being.
