If you are looking for a place to party, get loud and obnoxious, this will not be the rental property for you. This beautiful home is located a mere 75 feet from the water in a quiet waterfront community.
The property comes with two single person Kayaks that can be used by Adults only with a signed released form.
This beautiful 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath fully furnished "Smart Home" is located right on the southern waters of the Bay of Green Bay and a mere 75 feet from the water. This home is only a 15 minute drive to Lambeau Field. There are also 2 boat launches located within 10 minutes of the house.
This Smart Home is driven by "Google Home", which will allow you to turn on and off the lights, and adjust the thermostat by voice command. Along with that, the Google Home can supply you with local weather, bars, restaurants, sports updates, jokes, music, and a home security system. Our Google home security system is tied into our smoke alarms, which if you set off the smoke alarms the house will come alive! All the lights turn on, doors unlock, sirens go off. The home is equipped with Sono's WIFi Stereo with Amazon music driven by an IPad.
This beautiful 3500+ square foot home is fully furnished and includes satellite TV, Wi-Fi, Netflix, all the bedding linens, towels, a fully supplied kitchen with enough dishes and silverware for 12+ people. There is a coffee bar including, coffee, coffee grinder, a coffee pot, and an espresso machine. There is a Professional sanitizing dishwasher, and a washer and dryer and an iron and ironing board for your convenience. The Master suite has a queen bed and the master bath has a his and her shower including a large rain head, body sprays and a soaking tub with a rain head. The two upper bedrooms have king beds that convert to twins. The lower two bedrooms each have queen beds with each having a bunk bed. The dining room table has seating for 12. There is also additional seating for 4 at the breakfast nook and 4 in the 3 seasons room, all overlooking the beautiful waters of Green Bay. The home includes 3 flat screen TV's, one above the fireplace in the family room, one above the fireplace in the bar/rec room, and 1 in the master bedroom. The driveway is large enough to accommodate up to 6 vehicles. If you have a larger group and do not want to cook. We have a private chef available that can either make your meals ahead of time, or right in front of you. If you would like your own tailgate party we can arrange for the chef to prepare food to your liking. The cost of the chef will vary depending on your menu, but generally it is not much more than the cost of going to a nice restaurant. Upon requests we can stock the home with food and drink.
There is a 2 night minimum for Packer Games, and 3 night minimum for Holiday weekends.
Our Corporate fishing trips are second to none. We understand how important customers are, and how hard they are to keep in today's markets. Corporate fishing trips are based on 6 people for 3 nights & 2 days of fully guided fishing. 2 guests per boat including a fully US Coast Guard licensed professional guide. Private Chef services include, hors devours on your arrival. A 4 course meal prepared by the private chef. In the mornings you will have fresh baked muffins along with a full breakfast with your guides. Lunch, snacks and all beverages will be provided for you on the boat. When you return from a day of fishing, you will enjoy several hours of hors devours with your guides. The 4 course evening meal will be prepared by the chef to your liking. We will provide this service for you and your guests for 3 nights and 2 full days of fishing. On the morning of your departure there will be breakfast provided.
