New Orleans arts and craft style home newly renovated by a local artist. You will be just 3 blocks off of St. Charles Ave and the historic street car line giving you easy access to the French Quarter and the rest of the city! Enjoy cocktails on the balcony and hear the marching bands practice.
A recently restored 100 year old duplex in a historic neighborhood. Professionally decorated by a local artist, this space is a fun fusion of traditional elements and New Orleans flare. The artist's original work and many local artists decorate the space. Fully appointed kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and a gas stove. There are 2 separate bedrooms furnished with queen sized pillow-top beds and a pull out sofa with a memory foam mattress. The photos are ordered in the layout of the home.
