OUTDOOR LIVING: Covered deck overlooking Houts Reservoir with a spacious outdoor dining table, BBQ grill, two chaise lounges and a fire pit. There is also a lake-front fire pit with seating for 6 and a fully-fenced backyard with stunning lake views. Enjoy direct access to the walking trail and easy access to the community clubhouse which features a BBQ area, fire pit and complimentary kayaks for a fun afternoon on the water! Two cruiser bikes are available for guest use.

NOTE: This home is in an HOA community with a beautiful clubhouse which features an indoor/outdoor event space, community pool, shaded lounge area, fire pit with lake views, and lake access. There is a beautiful walking trail and you can even check-out their two kayaks for lake use during your stay! Please be respectful of the conservation regulations related to the lake and surrounding area.

Summary: Super clean. Super modern. Super lake view behind home. Super equipped with towels, blankets, linens, all that you need. Super prompt, kind and efficient communication hospitality by Stacy, the Reservation manager. Super experience for a 6 family stay. Super comfortable. Super kitchen with everything you would ever need to make for gourmet meals. Super washer and dryer. Super cool ping pong table and family room. Super upscale neighborhood with tons of lakes and families in the area. Super close to shopping mall, old downtown Fort Collins, downtown Loveland and Boulder. Super Duper! Better than a 5 star hotel!
