Our 2 bed / 2 bath villa located in Polynesian Villas is just 3 miles from the gorgeous white sandy beaches of Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach! Enjoy complete privacy while lounging, entertaining, and grilling on the enclosed lanai. Plentiful lounge chairs and shady seating under the sun umbrella are perfect for a day of relaxation! Recent upgrades to the unit include a fully remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and vinyl flooring. The Polynesian Villas offers a BBQ & dining area, as well as additional seating and lounging chairs. The non-heated community pool is just a few steps away and the public golf course of Spanish Wells is around the corner at Bonita Beach Rd.

* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.
