Summary: We stayed at this property July 22-29, 2023. Jennifer was the perfect host - she responded quickly to questions and gave us her cell phone number in case we had any major issues during our stay (we didn't!) The house was perfectly located - in a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighbourhood. The beachfront access is just a few steps down from the house. The water is calm and can be shallow, especially in low tide, ideal for families with kids. We were fortunate to have warm weather so the water was refreshing, but still warmer than most beaches in New England. We used the paddle boards (2) and kayaks (3) provided. It really felt like a lake, except with salt water, which we really enjoyed. The house was clean. We were 3 families of 4 adults and 7 children, and we never felt like it was too crowded. We really appreciated the 7 bedrooms with all the twin beds! The kitchen is a bit small but functional. There are two kitchens, but we only used one. Note that there is no central air conditioning, but wall units that cover most of the house, although upstairs bedrooms can get a bit hot since there is only one unit for the whole floor. The house offers beautiful views of the water, and the sunrise was worth getting up early for! Wareham is really perfectly located, easy to plan day trips to Cape Cod and Boston. Overall we were very happy with the house! Thank you Jennifer for a wonderful stay!
