Cozy two bedroom duplex on a very quiet road. A five minute walk to the beach access as well as the marina to launch your boat. This house is on a dead-end where you can walk to a new playground that overlooks the ICW. It is fully furnished 2 miles from the grocery stores/restaurants and easy access to the Emerald Isle bridge. The kitchen is equipped for in-home cooking as well as a grill to use on the deck out front. Washer and dryer are also within the unit to use and linens and towels will be provided.

• Public beach access- 0.3 mi. Take Pinta Dr. across Emerald Dr. then two blocks up (no parking at this access)
• Emerald Isle Boat ramp- 0.4 mi. Make left on Emerald Isle Dr. from Pinta Dr turn left on Scotch Bonnet Dr. (Great long dock you can fish off at the end or relax on the benches and watch the ICW)
• Senator Jean Preston Memorial Park- 0.1 mi. Make a right out of the driveway and walk to the end of the street.
• Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier- 1.8 mi.
• Salty Pirate Water Park- 2.8 mi.

Summary: Perfectly located next to all shops and stores for a wonderful stay in Emerald Isle! The beach is a short 7ish minute walk from the house. The beds are comfy and there is plenty of space for a family of 4. Highly recommended!!
