Park in our 2 car garage. A service clears our driveway when it snows so if a car is in the driveway, it will have to be moved.
NO PARKING is allowed on the street November 1-May 1. Any cars on the street will be towed at owners expense.
***SUMMER***This Home is not walking distance to the lake because the neighborhood is up a steep hill. It is a short 5 minute drive to the private HOA beach.

If noise is audible from the short-term rental during quiet hours past parcel line, the county is imposing fines of $1500 or MORE for noise violations.
