The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you could need! Amazing trailheads are just up the street, so you can hike, bike and snow shoe without getting in your car!

Close to Firesign café (awesome breakfast location), Sunnyside restaurant and marina and a short distance to Homewood, Palisades/Alpine Meadows, miles of hiking and biking trails, snow shoeing and only 3 1/2 miles to Tahoe City with restaurants, shopping and the Truckee River. Floating down the Truckee River is fun for all ages to enjoy! Paige Meadows trail head is just up the street! This home and its location will not disappoint!

Park in our 2 car garage. A service clears our driveway when it snows so if a car is in the driveway, it will have to be moved.
NO PARKING is allowed on the street November 1-May 1. Any cars on the street will be towed at owners expense.
***SUMMER***This Home is not walking distance to the lake because the neighborhood is up a steep hill. It is a short 5 minute drive to the private HOA beach.
