There’s an option to heat the pool for $25 a day. This is entirely optional, but the water tends to be cold from September to May. If you’d like to have the pool heated, please let us know as soon as you book. The heater may take up to 24h to heat the pool.

■ Parties are not allowed, and anyone who breaks this rule WILL be immediately evicted without a refund and subject to an additional $1000 eviction fee. This includes playing loud or vulgar music on the lanai or pool area and any drug use on the property, including marijuana with a medical ID (do it somewhere else). We care about our neighbors and our home, and this behavior is not allowed at this property.
■ All guests must be over the age of 26 unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
■ No indoor smoking, including in the garage
