Summary: Travis, the owner, was far and away the best host we've ever experienced, reflective of his travel industry profession. We were six, two grandparents, two parents, two adult children. In several phone conversations he answered all our questions, offered advice and the contact for his property manager. He wrote careful and precise information about route to the house, all the equipment, things to do, and emergency numbers , The house is in flawless condition, the ample furnishings comfortable, the views of the Pacific magnificent, the swimming pool and hot tub spotless. The community is gated and guarded. There is a short drive to a private communal beach. He was not exaggerating about watching whales. The second night my wife asked about strange sounds outside- was something wrong? Next day we saw whales breaching and recognized their slappling sound from the night before. An ideal Mexican property.
