Positive: We stayed middle of September. What a fabulous little gem on a working farm. This has to have the best views around that I have ever stayed at. The safe space my little dog had to run was the best. Not having to tie him up made it so relaxing. We left the pods doors open and he ran about free, the fence was great as he’s tiny and I was thinking beforehand he may get out. There was a few escaped animals while there, a cow and a sheep that just made it fun and they were no trouble at all. I chose a working farm to be at one with nature with animals this place did not disappoint me. Also they were put back in their enclosure and even when out they were unable to come directly into our grounds. The pod first impression was it smelt fresh and clean, it was like said on the booking, it’s like a stronger tent (wood)with the luxury of beds which were surprisingly comfy, little keep box for clothes, kettle, fridge, microwaves, sink and a bin. Plus a little heater which was small but mighty. Space under the beds for other bits. You can use their bedding, we took ours and our own utensils, plates and cups. My friend is 6 foot 3 and stood up no problem and also fit on the beds no problem. The toilets were said to be private on booking.com but were shared with the 3 pods. They are two toilets and a separate shower a stone throw away from the pods. Outside in our enclosure was a fire pit and a bench table. Fire pits, wine and sunsets with my-pooch free was a perfect end to our day. We had a nosey at the Dolly tent too as it was empty and that looked just the best place to bring friends and sleep over, again in its own fenced grounds but loads more space. I do believe that comes with the hot tub too which again had amazing views. I loved the sunset and it was misty for the sunrise but bet that is amazing too. The motto seems to be respect for all and the owners work with you if you respect their grounds.
