- According to condo rules we must provide information about our guests to condo management prior to arrival, i.e. every guests names and their ID details. Guests whose names or ID doesn’t match the information given to the concierge ARE NOT allowed into the building.
- Peruvians must pay an additional tax of 18% which is not included in the rate.
- NO pets allowed
-Parking is not included in the price. Free public parking is available in the streets around the building.
- Paid underground parking in the neighbour building is available upon request. The price is $5 per night. Please reserve in advance as it might be unavailable.

The security desk and the concierge neither support guests nor provide any information related to your reservation. * NO PARTY POLICY The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door ONLY and noise detector. (no cameras inside the unit). The front door is being checked for the number of guests as well as noise level to avoid any type of parties. We have a right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests will exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance. ** NO SMOKING POLICY The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and we will discover the smell of any type of smoking, Simply Comfort has a right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you: - 50$ service call - 80$ cleaning fees Please contact us if you have any questions.
