Entering the main floor, you arrive at the gourmet chefs kitchen with a Wolf 60 inch stove and Wolf pro island hood, built in wine storage, beverage center, full size sub-zero side by side refrigerator and freezer, 2 Bosh dishwashers, 2 freezer drawers and large pantry. The kitchen is open to a superb dining room, and leads into a large living and entertainment room space equipped with retractable ultra thin smart-TV.. The third floor features an outdoor plaza with fountain. On this floor, there are 4 extra-large bedrooms all directly facing the ocean, each with private bathrooms: a guest room suite with ocean view balcony and full bathroom with indoor/outdoor showers, and 3 more ensuite guest rooms with full bathrooms, 2 with indoor/outdoor showers and one with indoor shower.
