Full kitchen, dining room, comfortable living room w/TV. Washer/dryer.
The Space:
Unique creek-side property; Deluxe Hot Tub, large covered patio for rainy-day recreational activities. You feel deep in nature, but you're only minutes from the best Asheville has to offer. Enjoy the evenings in the screened in porch or stroll across the foot bridge in front of the house. The property sits on almost half an acre so there's plenty of space to enjoy outdoors including a back deck with a table, chairs, umbrella and gas BBQ grill. Enjoy making S’mores over the backyard campfire. Carport to protect your vehicle. Maximum of 3 dogs on property (standard pet fee; see additional rules).

Entire house except for bathroom closet and outdoor shed.
The Neighborhood:
Quiet, peaceful neighborhood with only local traffic. Wooded surroundings give you privacy while you relax in the hot tub close to the creek or by the campfire. In warmer weather enjoy the hammock or sit on the bench next to the creek.
Getting Around:
Car is recommended. Uber/Lyft are good options too.

Maximum of 3 vehicles on the property at any given time. Vehicle bridge capacity is 2000 lbs. Larger trucks may park in front of bridge.
Interaction with Guests:
We are fairly busy so you will most likely not see us during your stay but we are always a quick text or message away should you need us.
You may see us on the property briefly to take the trash out on trash day or to bring the trash cans back to the carport. We may need to maintain the hot tub or water the new shrubs we have planted but we will not disturb you during your stay.
