Summary: First of all, I was expecting a bit more character from a unit in an old church. I am a snob when it comes to decor and the vibe of a place. It was very clean and the location could not have been more perfect, with one exception. The outdoor space faced a very busy street - not very relaxing. But a beautiful neighborhood! The ceilings are eight feet and I'm over 6' so it kinda felt like I was in a basement even though I was on the middle level/street level with apartments above and below. I did not hear noises from the other apartments. I think the space would feel larger if the furniture was flipped. With the sofa on the opposite wall, it would allow your eye to travel further (out the windows) and easier use of the barstools. Having said all that, I would stay again because it was only minutes away from everything I wanted to do. Fayetteville is a lovely city.
