Positive: The studio is really comfy and has all facilities, it is close to the tram so you can go to downtown easily, it also has a private parking that costs 10euros per night. The staff was really helpful and friendly

Negative: Maybe a reduced value of parking would be nice, however I feel the price is fair annyway
