TRAVELLING DURING COVID19:
1- SANIFICATION: In Urban District Apartments we extremely care about the safety & security of our dear Guests and Personnel. To do so, we have implemented a strict Covid-19 Prevention Protocol based on international recommendations, so to host you in a comfortable and safe apartment. All surfaces, towels, bedlinen, bath amenities and kitchens equipment have been property sanitised and handled with disposal gloves. All our personnel has been trained according to the COVID19 Sanification Standards and continuously monitored.
2- VIRTUAL CHECKIN: You can have free access to the apartment just using your smartphone without keys handover and personal interactions with the Reception personnel. Do the online check-in before arrival and get your Access Code to access the property. You will not need to handle physical key.
3- PROTECT YOU AND THE OTHERS: Urban District Apartments will provide as courtesy, an Hand Sanitiser Gel, so to protect you and the others. Prevention suggestions will be available at the property.
4- SUPPORT and ASSISTANCE: In case of need of support our Reception Office and Service Team will be available to assist you on site or by phone.
5- Pool is not accesible and other service could be affected or not available.
LOCATION:
The Urban District - Madrid Atocha Apartments are extremely well connected with the rest of Madrid, with the airport, with metro or Ave (High Speed Train).
Delicias Subway station is only 3 minutes walking and Atocha train station is also close (15 minutes walking) there are several connections to the airport from both places. Neighbourhood full of buses and taxis.
Good connection with airport and train stations, there are supermarkets, restaurants and shops in the same block.
It is perfect to enjoy a few days vacation in Madrid or business trip.

Arrival between 21:00 and 23:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 23:00 and 00:30 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
1. Meeting point is at APARTMENT's Address, provided in the Booking Confirmation.
2. Please be aware that in the building there is not a reception.
3. Keys will be delivered during the Check-IN.
4. Provide expected arrival time 48 hours before your arrival, at: reservation_madrid@urbandistrictapartments.com
5. Call the provided Contact Person 1 hour before the Arrival or when you land.
6. If pending Rent Balance Payment has to be paid in CASH, please make sure to have CASH ready at arrival (no change is provided).
7. Please make sure to agree during the Check IN, the expected Check OUT time.
9. Standard Check IN is from 15:00 to 21:00. Late Check IN (from 21:00 to 23:00) has a 30 Euros charge. Night Check-In (from 23:00 to 00:30) has an extra charge of 50 Euros.
10. Standard Check OUT is max at 10:30 am.
11. Security Deposit is only taken as Credit Card Pre-authorization, before arrival or latest @Check-in, therefor is not charged on bank account unless there are proven damages or bad behaviors (party, noise, ...)
12. Tourist Tax (if applicable) has to be paid at the check IN.
