Positive: Good facilities, gym, pool and location.
Negative: A lack of contact with any staff during the stay. All aspects are remotely organised, so you need internet access to complete all the many tasks involved, particularly when finalising details for building access. This is an involved process and is spaced over several steps of verification over most of one day. As a visitor from outside the USA my access to internet was limited, and made more challenging as there is no available internet service at the building entrance, annoyingly only within 5m of your room. The apartment's wardrobes, fixtures and fitting were all old, and some were damaged, with one door off the rail on arrival. The cooker was not working, but I ignored this as I did not try to use it until the third day. I recommend you take the optional $35 insurance as I did, because when I returned to the UK I was informed by booking.com that a $200.00 repair bill had been submitted by CozySuites for the damaged door. This was in spite of me taking the optional insurance with CozySuites using their online checking-in protocol. After a week, I'm still waiting for confirmation that I'm covered by their insurance. It would appear that when you enter the property, you will need to test that every item is in working order; otherwise, you may be accused of damage and charged. It felt like an insurance scam. Booking.com were very very helpful and has been in touch several times and is now dealing with the company directly.
Summary: Good price and location but very poor customer service.
