Come vacation on the tranquil shores of Horseshoe Lake. Wonderful level lot. You will find two full cottages side by side facing the lake and your private dock.
South-facing: You will have sun on the dock and the beach all day! You will find a great wading area then deep swimming. No weeds or mush. The neighbours’ docks are far away. Quiet lake, Haliburton Forest and we often hear lovely loons calling. Paddle on the kayak, canoe, paddle boat, also kids' stand up paddle board and kayaks.
The first cottage has two bedrooms, a sunroom facing the lake and a well-equipped kitchen with spacious living room and dining room, all on the main floor. Newly renovated, very clean! One large bedroom (queen and a single) and second smaller bedroom (twin beds). One bathroom with bathtub and shower. (The cottage has a third bedroom,upstairs, which we will make available for 10 or 11 guests which will include a second bathroom.)
The second cottage is bungalow. It has a newer large kitchen, three bedrooms, (queen, queen and a single) and a large bathroom with shower only.
Google Reynolds Road, Minden for a look. We are near the three little islands.
Short ten minute drive to the town of Minden for groceries, shops, churches and restaurants. There is a dirt road, Reynolds Road, between the cottages and the lake. At the lake you will have your private dock, beach, and picnic area. 230 feet of shoreline for you to investigate or wade along in the shallow waters.
Friendly neighbourhood. Level driveway for easy parking. You can walk around lake or hike at the rapids on the south end of Horseshoe Lake. Good golfing at nearby Blairhampton Golf Course or Gull River Golf Course.
