We are taking every precaution possible to ensure the safety of our staff and guests by using CDC approved sanitizers exclusively and we are disinfecting all door handles, switches, remotes, cabinets, appliances etc. Your room is self check-in with private (key code) entrance, full bathroom, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishes, utensils, etc. We are on the property in case you need anything.
All amenities are open and operational at this time.

Secluded setting with numerous ponds, canoe, a floating dock, nature trails, picnic area with a fire pit, shelter & grill (hickory wood provided), stone & cedar gazebo, wood fired lunar sauna, cool dip pool, frisbee golf course, makings of a organic vegetable farm. Due to allergy reasons we do not allow pets in any of our rooms or common/shared areas. No exceptions please. Hosts & other long term residents live on premises. Units are not independent cabins.

Guest have access to common areas like lunar sauna, ponds on the map, picnic area with fire pit, stone gazebo, nature walk, lounges, frisbee golf course, game room, meditation room & massage room.
Guests are to observe all posted signage. Do not enter areas signed "Private”. Do not explore areas not listed in the pictures as there are other guests and residents on the property.
We would like to meet our guests during their stay and request that you give us a call after you are checked into your room from the land line provided in the communal kitchen.
Secluded setting for a relaxed experience surrounded by woods, birds, bunnies & nature/rural sounds.
We recommend arriving here in a car as there is no convenient public transit/transportation to get to nearby attractions or to airports, train stations & bus stations.
Kindly note there is no good cell reception here and we recommend that you read up on all directions, check in information before arrival or print if necessary. You may not be able to access information on your cell phone on the grounds/parking on arrival.
Once in room wifi is available:) & also a landline provided for calling out.
Strictly no smoking or pets in any rooms, decks, common/shared areas, inside the barn, or around the premises of the Mulberry Organic Farm.

We welcome guests to explore communal spaces/rooms on grounds. Please make sure to turn off all lights & shut doors behind you everywhere you go to help support the green practices at our retreat.

Picnic area with fire-pit are available to use. Wood is provided for the fire pit. Please remove all trash and leave it clean after use.
-------------------------------4 Season Lunar Sauna.---------------------------
Seats 6 people & is located next to a pond. Wood is provided in the sauna with instructions to start the wood stove (If you need help please let us know much in advance). Please note 'NO ALCOHOL IN THE SAUNA'. This sauna generally heats up in 15-20 minutes.
Use the canoe & floating dock only if you know how to swim, no life preservers are provided. Kindly return the canoe as you find it with paddles inside it for other guests.
Shared kitchen is provided with all basic amenities & modern appliances, please leave it clean after every use for other guests.
You are welcome to hang out in the Gazebo, but no loud partying here please.
Friendly dogs & chickens from our neighbors homes roam the grounds and we request NOT to feed any outside animals.
Kindly do not operate any power tools or equipment in the barn without permission.
