Negative: The ceiling leaked downstairs, mold on the shower curtains, a bunch of the ceiling tiles had water damage to them, one of the beds was on plywood on top of the bed frame, one bed was just sitting on the floor no bed frame. The owners need to call pest control because there were beetles and spiders EVERYWHERE. The couches downstairs were TERRIBLE. My 100 pound Great Dane literally fell between the cushions into the abyss of the couch. There was a hole in the wall, and a spot that didn’t even touch the floor. When we got there, there was dirty dishes in the dish washer.
