PARKING: YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO PARK UP TO 2 CARS AT THE VACATION RENTAL PROPERTY. THIS IS CITY REGULATION.

The guest shall use the Villa for residential vacation purposes only. Parties, gatherings, and large events on the Property, consisting of more than the number of Occupants allowed, are strictly forbidden.

The house is equipped with noise detectors.
VIOLATORS WILL BE EVICTED WITHOUT ANY REFUND.

Additionally, Pool and Landscape professionals do come to the house weekly to conduct their businesses, they cannot be rescheduled and would appreciate it if they would complete their tasks in a timely manner.
