Set back from Mullins Beach in the tranquil gated community of Battaleys Mews, just 5 minutes walk to the beautiful beach, bars and restaurants of Mullins. A spacious and elegantly finished 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom family house.
The large partially open plan kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, hob and microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and washing machine. The spacious light and airy living area has comfortable seating, TV and WiFi, and a dining area with table and chairs for 6.
The sitting room leads through double doors to the terrace, which incorporates the plunge pool (not heated) with armchairs and a large outdoor table seating six people, where you can enjoy some shade and watch the humming birds in the garden. Down the steps into the colourful garden you will find loungers to relax in the sun or under the shade of the palm trees.
Up the curved staircase are the three large air-conditioned bedrooms, all with sea views from balconies where you can watch the sun set over Mullins bay. The master bedroom with super king-sized bed has a large en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower, built in wardrobes and double doors opening onto a balcony with seating. Bedroom two has a king sized-bed and bedroom three has twin beds, both with built in wardrobes and doors out to a narrow balcony. The family bathroom has a large walk in shower.
To the front is a wide driveway with parking for two cars.
Battaleys Mews is a collection of 30 townhouses along a wide, tree lined avenue, and provides a clubhouse with free WiFi, large swimming pool with loungers, children's pool, children's play area, gardens, gym facilities and a tennis court.
The area is quiet and peaceful yet well located, only 5 minutes walk to the beach and bars at Mullins beach and 15 minutes to the charming historic town of Speightstown with a large choice of beach front bars and restaurants. Holetown is a 15 minute bus or drive away.
