This three bedroom garden view villa boasts a spacious, open planned layout downstairs which flows from the dining and lounge areas into the well appointed, modern kitchen offering quality appliances.

From the tiled living area you can step out onto the paved entertaining area with an enchanting tropical outlook whilst enjoying a relaxing beverage.

Upstairs you will find all three bedrooms which come equipped with built-ins. The master bedroom enjoys the bonus of its own bathroom and private balcony. The main bathroom is also located conveniently upstairs with a toilet located in the laundry on the ground floor.

Bedroom 3 bedding configuration can either be 2 x King Single beds or 1 x King bed. The property comes made up as 2 x King Single beds, please advise upon enquiring if you would prefer 1 x King Bed.
