This home has a fully equipped and functional kitchen with beautiful NEW gas stove with air fryer built in, ALL NEW stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, and a game room which includes a large smart TV, Foosball table, and board games! Enjoy our coffee bar set up with everything that you need including delicious flavored syrups for your sweet tooth!
Located up the road from the infamous Patrick Square where you can enjoy some delicious food at the restaurants or go shopping at the stores. Its 20 minutes to the beautiful Lake Keowee and 45 minutes to the amazing Devils Fork Park on Lake Jocassee!! You don't want to miss these amazingly beautiful lakes!
Walk into this luxurious townhome and there is a game room to the left with a Foosball table, 65” smart TV, and board games! WOW!
Continue to walk forward into a fully open floor plan with vaulted ceilings where you can relax and watch TV while grabbing a snack from the kitchen. The livingroom has a 65 inch smart TV with Youtube TV so you can stream all your favorite games. Our wifi is excellent! The master suite is on the first floor with a brand new king size bed, walk in closet, bathroom with two sinks, and large shower with bench. Outside the back door you will find some seating and tables to enjoy a quiet and peaceful yard overlooking beautiful nature and no rear neighbors. It is very serene and relaxing. But if you’re feeling competitive we have corn hole for you to play out back.
The second floor has 2 bedrooms each with its own queen size beds, nightstands, dressers and large closets. There is also a large bonus room which can be used as a bedroom! This room has a couch that opens to a full size bed, and a small desk area for your personal workspace.
There is a one car garage to use for your convenience as well as a driveway that can fit 2 cars.
There is no parking on the street so please be respectful for the neighbors.
PLEASE NOTE! This is new construction and they are still building in the area. There might be construction going on while you are here so please be aware of that for your stay.
