This spacious home is great for larger families offering plenty of room to spread out with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and sleeping 12. It's the perfect spot to spend your summer vacation. This home is on the south end of Torch Lake, on a quiet residential street of summer homeowners. There is one master bedroom on the main floor and a 2nd master ensuite on the 2nd floor, along with the other 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms (except the one with the 2 twins) have a mini split air conditioning unit. There are also mini split units in the dining room and family room. The downstairs rec room is a great place to hang out. No air conditioning down there, but it stays cool. Play a game of pool, or just chill. The lake side yard is a great area for kids to play. The sandy south end is great for swimming. There is a mooring anchor for your boat, with 60 miles of waterway to boat, swim, ski and fish. You are also about 25 minutes to Traverse City, home of the Traverse City Cherry Festival and the Traverse City Film Festival!!! Need more to explore? It's about an hour drive to other great and interesting areas such as Charlevoix, Leelanau, Old Mission Peninsula and Petoskey. Let's not forget about spending a day at the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes or Mackinaw Island. Whatever direction you choose to go, the surrounding area has so much to offer. This home is close to the quaint town of Alden, where you can pull your boat into the marina and walk to dining, shopping and the best ice cream around! Not far from the town of Bellaire where you can enjoy world class golfing, shopping and the famous Short's Brewery.
