The cottage features a wood-burning fireplace, open porch s well as an additional screened-in porch, dining room, living room and den with a fold-out couch. The house has 3 bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each, 1 1/2 baths and a detached bunkhouse with 2 twin beds and a full bath included. No tents or campers. Maximum persons (8). An additional GUEST HOUSE next door is available for only $2,000 per week that sleeps 4 and includes a full bath, full kitchen and laundry.
FOR BOATS; a private overnight boat dock slip is provided on Clam River to store your boat during your stay. Day mooring at your cottage is acceptable.
