Positive: Everything was as good or better than expected. We appreciated the extra beach equipment as our Shiboomi wasn't flowing very well. Nicely appointed with lots of dishes and silverware so we didn't have to wash after each meal. Beautiful view of the ocean. It was just all we wanted, and a tremendous value compared with other years and other places.
Negative: No fault of the owner or the unit, but the signage and ability to get to the unit from the parking lot was as bad as we have seen in our 35 years at the beach. Sign said 1 to 10 to the right, 11-19 to the left. We kept going to the left, up and long ramp - no 1406. Ah, 4 means forth floor, but 14 would be to the left? Nope. To the right. I still don't understand. A $50 sign would resolve this for us, and for several others who were very frustrated to find their unit. Fourth floor, to the right for future visitors.
Summary: A great place and value with really crummy signage to get you to it.
