The property was developed in the late 1940’s thru the mid 1950’s.
It consists of 3 original Topanga cottages.
In addition there is an original 1969 Streamline Imperial Trailer resting comfortably at the property. A Studio which offers amazing views of the mountains surrounding the property. And, most beautiful are the sunrises and sunsets. We have a communal gym space to exercise, a communal garden to pick vegetables for your meals. Lastly take a sauna with your private outdoor jacuzzi and shower surrounded by mountain views .

Summary: We were an unusually large group (needed 4 beds) and all was beautifully prepared for us. The house was clean and welcoming. Our hostess met us at the gate and spent some time explaining the gate codes, where supplies were and what cabinets were private. We brought our own coffee pot and supplies because we knew we were going to need a big one and it did get used- usefully, there was a kettle. The location was wonderful, great for walking and the view classic Topanga, Good off road parking. Highly recommended
