Come unwind at this NEW 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath riverfront home. Situated just 50 feet from the banks of the Toccoa River, this luxury home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests.
Toccoa River Dreams is located at the end of a quiet street and is adjacent to a small gated community. The Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, which takes tourists daily from Blue Ridge to Copperhill/McCayesville for a two hour lay over and then back to Blue Ridge, can be seen on the other side of the river. There is also an abundance of wildlife in the area: ducks, geese, herons, fish, turkeys and deer. It is not uncommon to see the neighborhood pet deer, Midget, roaming around with her orange collar.
Main Level:
Foyer - beautiful Acacia wood floors, open staircase to upper level and magnificent view of Toccoa River upon entrance.
Living Area - open floor plan into kitchen and dining areas. Vaulted ceilings with beautiful hand hewn wooden beams. Two full-size leather sofas with two swivel chairs, allowing you to take in the amazing river views through the sliding glass double doors and two large stationary windows.
