Positive: Enjoyed an exceptionally lovely stay here at condo #9 with my 4 boys and family. We loved this condo for its spacious interior. Everyone had ample space to spread out. Infant high-chair, and baby gates were bonus. It technically sleeps 8 people comfortably. The beds were extremely comfortable. Deck was huge and attached gazebo was so nice to sip coffee while watching sun set/rise each day. Utilized the beach furniture to relax and dock to fish off of. Kids caught fish non stop. Proximity to all Tiki beach offers is huge bonus. We ordered fresh cinnamon rolls from Robert's delivered to our door, went to 3 Sweets in the AM for delicious bakery items and iced coffees and spent countless hours on our kayaks and swimming. Highly recommend for families with young kids who want to enjoy a stay at a fun beach.

Negative: The only thing that could make this better was to be directly ON the beach to watch kids play while inside. You have to walk a few steps through parking lot and down the stairs to access the beach.

Summary: Such a lovely stay here over labor day weekend
