Perfectly situated for exploring West Seattle and the islands of Puget Sound, this colorful, three-story townhome offers a wonderful space for relaxing and entertaining during your stay in the Emerald City.
This home is located on the southwest side of Seattle, convenient to both the airport (seven miles south) and downtown (seven miles north). You'll find great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, the Fauntleroy ferry (which goes to Vashon Island and the Olympic Peninsula) just over two miles west, and Alki Beach in the heart of West Seattle only seven miles north.
The main floor is comfortable and open, inviting you to kick back on the large couch and LoveSac, turn on the electric fireplace, and choose a movie to stream after a day out on the town. The adjacent kitchen is a natural gathering space, offering stainless steel appliances and an expansive island with bar seating for your friends or sous chefs. You can also step outside for cocktails on the balcony or dessert around the gas firepit on the ground-floor patio.
Of the three serene bedrooms, one is on the ground level and two are on the third floor. Each is paired with its own TV and bathroom.
