The top floor includes a primary suite and a newly remodeled bathroom with a walk-in rain shower and heated floors. Also on the top floor are guest bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and new carpet, another full bathroom, and the laundry room. The media/entertainment room is located on the ground floor and furnished with a new oversized sofa, smart TV with surround sound, DVD player, and movie library.
