Positive: size of the condo was good and the appliances were all in good working order and kitchen was very big and nice. 4 bathrooms was very convenient. number of towels was good
Negative: bunk beds were very poor quality. Pillows on all beds also very poor quality. We had trouble with the internet password after about 5 days and couldn't get on line again. TV reception sometimes flakes out, had to reset the TV satellite box. number of glasses was low, too many plastic ones. Had trouble opening key lock box, had to call but got it resolved.
