Newly equipped with a mini split system providing AC for the rare days you may need it during a Summer in Maine! On the first floor you’ll find the open living room, dining room and high end kitchen. A screened in porch on this floor that enjoys views of the Harbor. On the second floor are two of the bedrooms and the two full bathrooms. One en-suite and one in the hallway (also used for the third bedroom on the third floor). There’s a nice reading nook up one flight of stairs. Both bedrooms on this floor have a queen sized bed and their own televisions. The third floor gives you the nearly 360 degree views and two twin beds. There’s a fourth television on this level as well. Private chef services and daily cleaning may be available.
There is a two month minimum rental period. There is time available from June 1 to end of October, 2023. The cost of the time frame depends on length of stay.
