With it's stunning views and open landscape you will not find a better spot to relax your mind. Have a boat, kayaks, paddleboards? Oak Ledge has the perfect dock for all of those outdoor needs. Please note it is tidal here so there are some hours with no water.
When walking into Oak Ledge you will notice it's brand new kitchen with new appliances, perfect for entertaining! On this first floor level you will also see the open living/dining area as well as a half bath with a washer and dryer and the primary bedroom with a king size bed and full ensuite bathroom. Upstairs are three bedrooms, one with two twin beds, one with a queen and a twin and the last with a queen with its own ensuite bathroom. Moving down into the basement there is a large SmarTV with a leather couch for relaxing.
Whether you enjoy being inside or out, Oak Ledge accommodates any and all of those needs.
Please note: There are brand new mini-splits in every single room of the house for heat on those chilly nights or AC for those hot summer days. Fireplace is not available for renter(s) use.
