This vacation home, a former farmhouse, is surrounded by lush woods and is located on a 20-hectare property in the Apennine Mountains of the Marche region, about 11 km from the picturesque village of S. Angelo in Vado and 35 km from the beautiful Renaissance city of Urbino. The house is surrounded by a well-kept garden, equipped for your meals in the shade of tall trees. In addition to a pool from which you can admire a relaxing view over the valley and the forest, there is a bocce/basketball court (with night lighting), table tennis and a small children's play area with swing. Thanks to the quiet location and wide outdoor areas, the house is ideal for families with children. In a nearby independent house lives the caretaker who takes care of the maintenance of the house and has two dogs that can be kept on request in a fenced area. The area is famous for the production of truffles (truffle festival in October) and the geographical position is ideal to explore the beautiful culturally rich Marche region. For a day at the seaside, Fano (70 km) is ideal with its beaches on the Adriatic Sea. It is only 48 km to the Republic of San Marino and 51 km to the beautiful Città di Castello in Umbria.
