You'll love our fun-packed 3 bedroom cottage "The Madrigal" located near the SoSo area of West Palm Beach, minutes to Antique Row and Clematis St. Our adorable yard has everything you'd want in a tropical paradise: 3 mini-golf courses, outdoor dining area with a gas BBQ grill, and a gorgeous gas fire pit.
Inside you'll find even more entertainment, with a retro arcade machine, Xbox game station, lots of board games, small air hockey table, and a projector screen for movie nights.
We will not be on site during your stay but will be available via Airbnb messaging before, during and after your stay.
We are near the SoSo area of West Palm Beach and close to dining and shopping options. There is an ice cream shop 2-3 minutes walk away, and a great Cuban restaurant Havana about 10 minutes walk away. We are also 4 minute drive from Antique Row, and 10 minutes drive from action packed Clematis St, The Square, and Worth Avenue.

——DETAILED INFORMATION——
***Pet Policy: Only dogs over 2 years old and under 35lbs allowed. Max 2 dogs. Must be potty-trained, crate-trained, and crated at night and when home alone. Must be on flea/tick medication (it’s easy for dogs in Florida to get fleas/ticks from shaded grassy areas, so please make sure your dogs in on preventative tablets and is flea/tick-free). Non-refundable $100 pet fee.
***Please NO parties or smoking of ANY kind inside or outside our home. Quiet hours outside (in backyard and front yard) between 9pm and 9am. No outside guests allowed. Max 6 guests including children (excluding infants under 1 year).
***Our outdoor propane fire pit and BBQ grill uses propane tanks. Guests who would like to use these are responsible for refilling the tank if empty upon arrival. Most of the time the tank will have propane inside for your use, but if empty, you can take this tank and exchange it at most local gas stations/pharmacies/grocery stores/hardware stores for roughly $25. After your stay the tank must stay on property, so any additional remaining propane is left for the next guests.
***Please do not use the indoor fireplace. Fine of $500 if we see evidence of use.
Guest access
Guests will have access to entire home. We will send you a personalized check-in door code 1-2 days before you check-in. Doorbell camera on outside perimeter only.
There is street parking in front of the house, and can park 1-2 cars right at the curb in front of the front fence : )
