Longer stays are welcome! This property is a wonderful getaway for skiers and winter guests. Located just 13 minutes from Jiminy Peak, 19 minutes from Bousquet Mountain, 10 minutes from Mt Greylock, and under an hour from Berkshire East Resort. The lake access point also allows for ice fishing.
Summer guests can bring their own boat to this property as the access point is a boat slip but there is also a boat rental company on the lake where you can rent a boat for as little as an hour or for an entire day! This beautiful home offers spacious living areas including the 3 season porch, large living room with kids play area and comfy sectional as well as a lower level family room with workspace. A fully equipped kitchen and dining room allows for easy and delicious family meals at home.
The main level includes a primary bedroom with king bed and a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds. The bathroom boasts a gorgeous walk in shower and a kids bath tub is provided for the shower if needed. If you are looking for one level living, the main level of the house has everything you need!
The lower level space is a cozy spot with a queen bed and a family room with a futon, TV and desk area. Note, this level does have low ceilings. Guests may use the futon for sleeping as well- bedding is provided.
The outdoor living space offers a spot to lounge with a retractable awning when shade is desired. The hot tub accommodates 2-4 people and the large yard is fully fenced. There is a fire pit in the back yard for guest use. There is a large gate on the property to allow for boat storage in the yard if needed.
