This newly built, ultra exclusive 5 bedroom beach house boasts all of the facilities that you would expect from a rental villa of its caliber. Godings Beach House sits directly beside the beautiful golden sands of Godings Bay. It is located on the island's much sought after West coast.
You will enter this expansive 5 bedroom, home away from home, through its colonial gates and tranquil tropical gardens. Your first view beyond the immaculate open living space is to the breathtaking blue of the Caribbean sea and the crystal clear waves gently caressing the shoreline.
The ground floor is bright and open plan throughout. There are huge windows which foster a calming sense of being at one with your natural surroundings.
A large and comfortable living room enjoys a cooling breeze and captivating views of the sea.
To the north of the ground floor an imposing oak table provides ample space for dining. There is also a modern “Boffi” kitchen where guests, or their butler, may prepare drinks and snacks.
The main, commercial kitchen (yes there are two beautiful kitchens!) allows the residence's cook to create delicious gourmet meals out of sight.
For less formal occasions two ambient open air seating areas offer a perfect setting in which to dine beneath the sultry evening sky.
Running parallel to the living room is a 25-metre long pool, enclosed by a limestone deck. Here comfortable sun loungers provide the perfect space to relax.
The pool is ideal for laps or just for cooling off. There are pavilions at both its ends which can be used for a number of activities, including yoga, massages and al fresco dining.
Also on the ground floor is a unique, air conditioned, office. With glass walls and views over the extensive pool, lush gardens and glistening sea this presents an ideal space for those who want to keep those emails at bay. Next to the office you will find a cinema and a fitness room featuring a full range of state of the art equipment.
Grand staircases stand at either end of Godings Beach House and are dressed by chandeliers made of delicate seashells. These sway and whisper as the cooling trade winds flow through the house.
To the first floor five good sized double bedrooms, some of which have four poster beds, showcase further stunning views of the sea.
The master bedroom features a large circular bathtub with floor to ceiling windows and commanding views.
Throughout the house rooms are finished to the highest of standards, with soothing, neutrally toned décor and creamy pastel tiles and fabrics. Technology includes Sonos sound systems and Lutron lighting.
The villa itself is perched above the beach, to which there is access via secure keypad gates.
