This attractive villa is set in the Orba Valley, in the heart of the Northern Costa Blanca countryside, yet within a short drive of the beach and a range of amenities.
The views from the villa over the valley are spectacular. Equally spectacular from your infinity pool and your huge terrace, which runs the entire length of the house. Poolside you have a lovely set up with a fridge for keeping a few essentials cool, sink and the all-important gas barbecue. Many hours can be spent here in complete relaxation, without having to go far at all. Inside the villa is all over one storey with an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The whole villa is laid out to take advantage of its position, raised up above the valley floor with views for miles.
If you’re able to tear yourself away and are looking to explore more of the Costa Blanca, then the popular coastal town of Denia with its bustling old town, fishing port and beautiful golden beaches is within a 30-minute drive from here, as is the neighbouring resort pf Javea – both of which are well worth a visit to sample some of their exciting eateries and enjoy their beach promenades. If you are looking for a quiet, countryside hideaway with a quaint traditional Spanish village within walking distance and further amenities easily accessible by car then this is definitely for you.
