The bedrooms (3 king rooms w/ private ensuite full baths, 1 room w/ 2 queen beds, 1 queen room, and 2 bunk rooms) are all recently updated with modern furnishings and decor to set the coastal ambience for your vacation. There's plenty of privacy and convenience to accommodate your family of 22, and your pets (up to 2 for $150) are welcome to join. The upstairs great room provides a beautiful space to relax that is flooded with natural light. Everyone can eat together in the dining area, as there's enough seating for the whole group. The chef(s) of your family can prep delicious meals in the stocked kitchen.
For entertainment, challenge a partner to a round of foosball, or watch a movie in one of the communal TVs (or in your room, as every bedroom is equipped with a TV!). Take a dip in the sparkling private pool (Open April 1st - November 1st) that can be heated by advance request ($75/night, $500/week). End your night relaxing in the hot tub before turning in to rest up for another beach day.

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.
The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.
