Layout:
Main Level- the main level features a sweeping open floor plan with a living room, dining area, kitchen, and half bathroom. The primary bedroom is also located on this level and features a king bed and en suite bathroom.
Second Level- The second level offers two guest rooms with a Jack and Jill shared en suite bathroom. One of these rooms has a full over full bunk bed, while the other has a queen bed. There is a third guest room with a queen bed and an en suite bathroom.
Third Level -
The third level is a bonus room with a wet bar
and a rooftop patio. There is a king sized pull out sofa and a half bathroom.
Parking:
There is street parking in front of the home as well as a two car garage.

Views from the area include the city skyline towering above rows of Victorian homes, farm houses, and newer developments. Only two minutes from 12 South and 8th avenue, and just a quick drive to downtown, you'll have Nashville's magic right at your fingertips!
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
Rental Policy:
