Summary: I first want to say how wonderful the staff at the front desk were. I was so excited to stay at a Westin hotel because their hotels are usually so well maintained and high quality. Unfortunately at this hotel we were very disappointed at the cleanliness of our room. There were bottle caps on the ground, some of the trash cans in the room weren’t emptied, and we found long strands of hair on our beds. The room felt like it needed a really good deep clean! We were a little disappointed to say the least. The hotel is in a great location and walkable to many shops and restaurants. Probably wouldn’t stay here again though.
