Summary: The property is pretty. However I don’t think my room was cleaned before check in. The sheets were soiled, the duvet was soiled and it appeared that either feces or blood was smeared on the wall behind the towels. The toilet didn’t flush properly and there was no Engineer on duty to fix it. Hair on the shower floor & gum or something stuck in the carpet. I complained to the front desk 3 times and no one offered to do anything, just a ok. The last person offered 5k points for the inconvenience.
