Looking for a quiet getaway that is still a short drive away from Razorback Stadium, shopping, Washington Regional Airport, restaurants, lake-life, and so much more? You have found it! Our place offers plenty of room for the kids to play in the fenced in back yard, enjoy the grill on the back porch, or relax in our cozy home. Come enjoy our 3 bed 2 bath house with use of the garage.
The Space:
Our home offers 3 rooms with a king bed in one room and queens in the other two rooms. Both bathrooms offer a large walk-in shower. The house has a very open concept with large kitchen and living room. Whether you want to have adventure or chill this home is set perfectly up for both. Several things to keep you busy while visiting or chill in quiet space for relaxation.
There is an additional fee of $40 per pet per stay that will be charged after booking is confirmed. Please let us know if you plan to bring a dog so that we can get it approved. Rules are that the dog must be on a leash when outside in the neighborhood. Please kindly pick up after your pet. Dogs must stay off of the furniture and are required to be crated if you are going to be away from the house. Please do not leave pet unsupervised.

Guests will have access to the entire house and garage with the exception of the owner's locked closets.

Home is a short 6.4 mile (14-minute drive) to the Razorback Stadium, 5.4 miles (12-minute) to downtown Springdale, 5.7 miles (14-minute) to JB Hunt Park, 21 miles (29-minute) to Walmart Home offices, 22 miles (25-minute) to Crystal Bridges, and close to bike and walking trails all over NWA. This home is not far from the bypass, shopping, and restaurants of all kinds. Wonderful country setting with the joys of having everything close.
