Welcome to the Treehouse of North Park!
Enormous 2700-square-foot one-level apartment with no steps inside or out. Dramatic, vaulted ceilings in every room. Windows galore with beautiful views.
75-foot balcony runs the entire length of the property and overlooks North Park and a small stream. It's like being in a treehouse!
The front yard features a koi pond and waterfall.
For those who love to cook, there is a huge, well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and walk-in pantry. The dining room seats six.
The owner lives on the lower level of the house, but has a separate entrance at the back. The only crossover area is the driveway/garage area. She is always available if you need anything, but otherwise gives you complete privacy and you will rarely see her.
Long-term stays are welcome and encouraged. Message the owner to inquire about terms for stays longer than one week.

Summary: This property is in a great location- beautiful neighborhood and large deck overlooking into North Park, quite peaceful and serene. It's close (within 10 mins driving or less) to playgrounds, hiking entry, kayaking, Trader Joes, Kool Kones. We live in the area and decided to stay here with out of town friends as we both have infants who go to bed early. The home was clean and simple and had all the appliances/utensils we needed, some items were dated but this was a non-issue to us. We did not realize that there was no TV/cable when we booked, but we were busy with so things this didn't really matter. Would definitely plan to book this property again for friends coming into town.
