4 Bedroom House with Kitchen, Laundry and Parking

This beautiful home is very spacious with rustic décor. Has 4 bedrooms: 1 king in first bedroom, 2 queens in bedroom in #2, queen bed in #3, and futon in room #4. This house is spacious and can handle a big family but at the same time it is nice and cozy for just a small family. Nice private backyard with firepit.
Conveniently located to Hwy 74 bypass, Hwy 221, Hwy 40 so that you can be Asheville, SC, Hickory, or Charlotte within an hour drive.Forest City is located about 60 miles southeast of Asheville - about halfway to Charlotte along US Highway 74. Lake Lure Beach is 38mins away (the famous Dirty Dancing was filmed here and the dirty dancing festival happens every year in August; Chimney Rock state park 42mins away (Last of Mohicans was filmed here). Harrah's Cherokee Casino is 1hr 49mins. Tryon Equestrian Center is only 15 mins away. Downtown Forest City is 5 mins away with local bars and restaurants. Facebook data center is less than 10mins. Carowinds theme park is only an hour & 15mins drive. Boone ski slope is one hour & 40mins. Grandfather mtn is hour 30mins. Summary: My family and I stayed for a wedding 10 minutes down the road, location of the house was perfect. There were a few things that could have been better. It does look like the house is in the middle of being updated! Which is great, because it has a lot of potential.The master bed sounds like it’s about to fall apart with every move you make. It makes the loudest noise that will wake you up every time.We had to run to the store to get dish soap because there was none! So we left that there for the next guest.There is a soft spot in the middle of the bathtub, it feels like the tub could fall through the floor at any minute! And there is some black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom as well.Again, the house looks like they are trying to update it, so these might be things on the list to be fixed!Side note: The neighbors across the street were having a quinceañera and had the cops called on them for a noise complaint LOL, but with that being said, neither my five-year-old or my one-year-old woke up from the loud music!
